Relaxaing Your Way through Quitting to Smoke!

Yes, you have thought about quitting the cigarettes-0 and deep down- you want to do it-

I ask as this is important- really important.

Do you have a genuine desire to quit smoking?

Now that we have established the answer- we can move on.

Smoking is an addiction, even if you are a social smoker, and that is OK.
