Let me expand on this.

Quite simply, it is easier for us to relax, when we are organised, and know where we are.

The person who has organised receipts, and a regular savings plan, and knows where they are, will generally be both wealthier, as well as more relaxed, due to 'knowing' their position.

I am a great beleiver in getting organised, and making a point of always 'paying' ourselves first, after we receive an income, as out over all success financially, (wich assists in a more relaxed existence, due to less stress about money) is an important step.
